I’m Ashlee Noriega. I love what I do and would be honored to work with you. I’d love to quickly share where my journey began in this industry.

My love for beauty began when I was just 4 years old, sitting with my grandmother as she shared everything she learned in hair school. She loved applying makeup, teasing her hair, and teaching me all her favorite products and tips—she was truly the first beauty influencer in my life. By the time I started high school, I knew I wanted to pass on that same love. I began offering services to friends and family for various events. The goal was the same then as it is today—to help others feel beautiful and confident.

After graduating, I attended cosmetology school and began my career as an assistant in Weston, FL. Later, I completed a makeup academy certification and eventually became the educator for a Bridal Hairstyling Course. I've had the pleasure of working with many beloved brands in the industry like Joico, Olaplex, and K-18, just to name a few.

Through it all, I’ve kept my heart grounded in purpose. No matter the opportunity or accolade, what matters most to me is the heart behind each woman I serve. Helping others discover and celebrate the beauty already placed within them will always be the greatest highlight of my career.
