I’m Ashlee Noriega, founder of Beauty by Ashlee. My passion for hair and makeup is more than just artistry—it’s a calling. My journey in the beauty industry has always been about helping women unlock the beauty already placed within them. I believe every woman deserves to feel confident, empowered, and effortlessly beautiful.

My love for beauty began when I was just 4 years old, sitting with my grandmother as she shared everything she learned in hair school. She loved applying makeup, teasing her hair, and teaching me all her favorite products and tips—she was truly the first beauty influencer in my life. By the time I started high school, I knew I wanted to pass on that same love. I began offering services to friends and family for proms, bridal showers, and weddings—not to build a business or earn income (I didn’t charge a thing), but simply to help others feel beautiful and confident, and to teach them how to embrace that beauty for themselves.

After graduating, I attended cosmetology school and began my career as an assistant in Weston, FL. Later, I completed a makeup academy certification and eventually became one of the educators there—a dream come true. This journey opened doors for me to work alongside Scott Barnes, serve on sets for Real Housewives of Miami and Beverly Hills, travel across the country, and contribute to commercial shoots, fashion runways, and more.

Through it all, I’ve kept my heart grounded in purpose. No matter the opportunity or accolade, what matters most to me is the heart behind each woman I serve. Helping others discover and celebrate the beauty already placed within them will always be the greatest highlight of my career.
